The Deconstruct Reality Project is a non-profit organisation founded in 2025 by British musician NLI. Named after a philosophical concept within her techno label Adhesive, the project is committed to support and empower young creatives and innovators wishing to make a positive change in society.

The Deconstruct Reality Project builds youth-focused and engaging campaigns that drive action, increase access to resources, education and community-building. Primarily focused on young people within the creative industry, our project builds awareness surrounding bullying, misogyny, outsidership and promotes safe, fair and equal working conditions for all young creatives. We support victims who have suffered at the hand of the power structures in the music industry and build a network that empowers young people to turn despair into opportunity.
